Do I need to pay any import / sales taxes? or shipping fees?

NOPE! We get this one all the time. Any import taxes are pre-paid by us so you have nothing to worry about no matter where you order from.  


Plus all shipping is 100% free (tracked and insured). We want your Nordic Lash experience to be as smooth and easy as possible.

Do you ship worldwide & how much does shipping cost?

Yes! We ship worldwide and it is totally FREE! We offer free tracked & Insured shipping to all customers. No hidden shipping costs or sales taxes. We want your experience to be as smooth and enjoyable as possible. No one likes hidden fees or surprise costs.

What are your shipping and processing times?

*These are estimated shipping times, there is a good chance your order will arrive much sooner than the time stated below.


United States 7 - 14 days

Canada 10 - 20 days

EU / United Kingdom 6 - 12 days

Ireland 7 - 14 days

Australia 7 - 14 days


*We do not ship to Asia yet, but we are working on it


Orders take 2 - 4 business days to process after placing the order before shipping out. We do not ship out on weekends.


Where can I find my tracking number?

When your lashes are shipped out, you should receive an automatic notification from the system via email providing you with a tracking number.

 

If you haven't received one or if the tracking number doesn't work, no worries. Contact us and we'll solve it!

Delays 

In some instances the delivery may take longer than the standard shipping times stated above. External factors might cause shipping delays such as the current pandemic, international customs processing and holidays that we cannot control. Please contact us if your package is taking too long to arrive and we will work with you to resolve any situation.
